KINESIOLOGY 60 mins $150

Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at imbalances that may be causing dis'ease' in the body and helps to access information to help restore well-being​

Kinesiology combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.  Practical tools are used - Meridians, Chakras, theraputic essential oils, Flower Essences, sound, tuning forks, affirmations and sound.

​

The imbalance may be mental, nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic or even spiritual. Sometimes our minds shut off what the issue is  is to protect us at the time, making it hard to access now to the physical mind, muscle monitoring helps identify the stress which means balance can be restored.

 

At your first session you will have a treatment plan outlined. You will recieve a theraputic essential oil roller ball, and/or essence and affirmation to take away with you to support your session.

You will bliss out during your session and fall in an out of the sleeping state with the deeply relaxing effects of theraputic essential oils.  Using 11 emotional therapeutic essential  oils you can let go of the outside world and find your inner peace.

PARASET TECHNIQUE $150

Releasing this stress returns centredness, peace, clarity, calm and joy. 11 sacred essential oils and blends are used  in combination with energy work, kinesiology and sound healing. It's like an angels hug.

An interactive session where you can ask questions, receive guidance, get clear messages, remove blocks/negativity/hurts/pains and

understand present and past situations, sometimes clearing past and cross lives.

 

Crystals, theraupitic essential oils, and sound healing are used in the session to amplify your guidance and support. 

 

You recieve your very own crystal from the session to take away with you, and a theraputic essential oil roller ball that will continue to integrate your session.

SOUND HEALING GROUP SESSION $40​

Sound healing is a beautiful way to release the old and invite in the new. As you let go of stress and negativity, you open your heart to a world filled with possibilities, positivity, love and nurturing energy. The instruments used in sound healing create vibrations which resonate through your body, mind and soul, giving you new perspectives, clarity and a deep peace.

 

You will use the most therapeutic essential oils, powerful crystals and intent cards during the session. You can unwind, relax, and release the outside world as you feel the resonance of pure crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a rich toning gong, solfeggio pipes, drumming, an angelic crystal harp, and other healing frequency sounds, that will immerse you in to your inner essence of joy leaving you refreshed, heart centred, lighter and brighter.

You will recieve a crystal and a guidance card to take home with you from your session.

​Private sound sessions can be arranged for workshops, team bonding and group settings.
